Yes, you read that right! It didn’t seem so long ago that the Chinese version of Korea’s famous reality show “We Got Married” premiered in Jiangsu TV. This show launched so many shipper dreams all thanks to the pairings of Ruby Lin-Ren Zhong, Kimi Qiao-Xu Lu, and Choi Siwon-Liu Wen. To relive those moments, you may check out my partner’s previous recaps 😉 Good news to all fangirls out there as another season will keep us entertained with a perfect premiere date on (Western) Valentine’s Day! But before that, we must ask one very important question: WHO ARE THE OTPs?!!
It’s the most wonderful time of the year in four days! Have you been making any Christmas wishes yet? Because I have some wishes which mainly concern some stars, dramas, films, and many more. I’m spreading the joyful Christmas spirit by sharing my entertainment-related wishes here in this post.
Episode 3 of the Voice of China fresh out of the oven! Another episode that I ‘live-recapped’, commenting as I watched for the first time. This time round, I cut down on descriptions (because english subs will be available here in one week or so) and added in more of my own opinions. Continue reading →
Finally here to do up the second half of Episode 2 of The Voice of China! Haven’t got time to catch up and I wouldn’t be here if not for the fact that my episode 3 recap is already up and ready to be posted after I’m done with episode 2’s recap. This part will be less detailed and mostly consist of highlights. It’s also the first time I’m watching with english subtitles. Without further ado, let’s get started! Continue reading →
I typed this as I watched it on youtube for the first time. I didn’t mean to do a detailed recap but this might just be one of the longest post I ever wrote – and it’s only 5 out of 9 contestants. Hence, I decided to split this episode into 2 parts, since it might be a while before I have time to finish up on the rest. Do check back! Anyway, I think they are starting every episode with a rock song to get the audience high. Not too bad a tactic, I would say. I like it. Without further ado, here’s the first act for today! Finally found time to catch up with some lovey dovey. I wouldn’t name this a recap because I didn’t set out to write this as a recap (read: I didn’t pause every 2 minutes to transcribe what happened nor take any screenshots) but reading it after it’s done, I guess it is almost as good as a brief recap. Might just lack some relevant photos. Anyway, into the content! Episode 2 was absolutely yummy.
We are in Love (我们相爱吧) is the chinese remake of famous korean variety show – We Got Married. The cast is made up of c-actor and actress Kimi Qiao Ren Liang and Xu Lu, c-actor Ren Zhong and taiwanese actress Ruby Lin as well as korean boybander, Siwon and supermodel Liu Wen. I didn’t watch the korean version but I was looking forward to the c-version because of some familiar faces. (Okay, I’ll admit it. I’m in for Kimi. *squeals*) It’s dumb but I didn’t realise that this already started airing. So here are my thoughts!
