[Recap] C-Variety Show: The Voice of China Season 4 中国好声音 第四季 Episode 2 (Part I)
I typed this as I watched it on youtube for the first time. I didn’t mean to do a detailed recap but this might just be one of the longest post I ever wrote – and it’s only 5 out of 9 contestants. Hence, I decided to split this episode into 2 parts, since it might be a while before I have time to finish up on the rest. Do check back! Anyway, I think they are starting every episode with a rock song to get the audience high. Not too bad a tactic, I would say. I like it. Without further ado, here’s the first act for today!

Go Fighting! is a variety show by Dongfang Channel 东方卫视 and airs every Sunday at 9pm. It stars Show Luo, Huang Bo, Huang Lei, Sun HongLei, Wang Xun and Zhang Yixing as the permanent members and will have guests coming each week. I never heard of this show and chanced upon it when a phone notification from one of my drama watching apps popped up with the name “罗志祥” (Show Luo) and caught my interest.
[Update/Recap] Variety Show: We Are In Love 我们相爱吧 Ep 2
Finally found time to catch up with some lovey dovey. I wouldn’t name this a recap because I didn’t set out to write this as a recap (read: I didn’t pause every 2 minutes to transcribe what happened nor take any screenshots) but reading it after it’s done, I guess it is almost as good as a brief recap. Might just lack some relevant photos. Anyway, into the content! Episode 2 was absolutely yummy.

Fun fact: the chinese word for ‘duang’ is actually made up of Jackie Chan’s chinese name, 成龙, stacked together!
Thought that this post was pretty useful and entertaining and yes, Zhang Han from the legit 不一样的美男子 (A Different Kind of Pretty Man) is indeed my 男神! (Nanshen/Male God)

Ok, for all the C-enternainment maniac, you have to know these words because they are used so often in the Chinese Entertainment! Here we go:

Update: Weibo Round-up [8 May 2015]
One of my favourite things to read on drama blogs are weibo updates! I love how I can get the essence of weibo all sorted out for me with just a click. Today, I would like to share some happiness and so I came up with my own Weibo round-up.

@杜德偉: 我的食物在哪?!
Alex To: Where is my food?!
It should be illegal to be this cute at 53 years old! Yes, 53, not a typo. Unimaginable, isn’t it. Continue reading
[First Impression] Variety Show: We are in Love 我们相爱吧

We are in Love (我们相爱吧) is the chinese remake of famous korean variety show – We Got Married. The cast is made up of c-actor and actress Kimi Qiao Ren Liang and Xu Lu, c-actor Ren Zhong and taiwanese actress Ruby Lin as well as korean boybander, Siwon and supermodel Liu Wen. I didn’t watch the korean version but I was looking forward to the c-version because of some familiar faces. (Okay, I’ll admit it. I’m in for Kimi. *squeals*) It’s dumb but I didn’t realise that this already started airing. So here are my thoughts!
