OMG HELLO DRAMA BLOGGING WORLD!!! Drama and/or blogging hiatuses or maybe taking breaks in general from the usual habits can make people go crazy. I should know because it’s what I’m currently experiencing. Yes, I’m back but only because if I don’t blog about this, I might just explode haha! Kidding aside, I just want to reiterate my reason for staying in the Taiwanese/Chinese drama fandom: never-ending fan service!
Ady An’s Weibo post *fangirls endlessly*
My ultimate favorite Taiwanese drama, “Autumn’s Concerto” just recently had a cast reunion! All this time I thought I was in a dream until my friend pointed out that they weren’t throwback photos, but they actually reunited after 3 years (they reunited back in 2013). Hope you can join me in this fangirling madness *squeals*. WARNING: photo spamming and lots of fangirling ahead!
It’s been almost 7 years since the drama aired in Taiwan!
Recognize any familiar faces? I can only recognize 3! Wu Kang Ren (he’s apparently not Chris Wu anymore or ever was), who played the amazing heroic second lead is in the leftmost part still looking cute as always. Ady An, who played the most problematic female lead in a drama (in my opinion) who of course, had the most perfect chemistry with the douchey but captivating male lead in Van Ness Wu.

Makes me sad that he didn’t post anything related to the reunion. Although I have this huge hope in my heart that he will repost Ady’s Weibo and flirt back like they used to hihi

I remember shipping Blake Lively & Ryan Reynolds when I learned that they were going to be in a movie and I didn’t care that Ryan was married then… So what are you trying to say, Dramarian?!! Well, Ryan ended it with Scarlett and married Blake which means that it could also happen to Van Ness & Ady yaaay (I’m such an annoying fangirl… =)))
But really, I’ve never shipped a drama OTP in real life as hard as I’ve been with Van Ness and Ady since I watched their drama for the first time 2 years ago. Funny how I’ve been on “drama hiatus” but I’ve actually been torturing myself and have been rewatching “Autumn’s Concerto” for the 4th round or even more?! LOL. In fact, I’m planning to write some posts related to the drama: review, when I visited the shooting location last year, and maybe if I could think of something more in the near future.
Can I please have one of these shirts? ❤ Actually not sure if this reunion was held in China or Taiwan. They ate at Brookhurst Seafood place as seen in V’s bib and Taiwanese celebrities just love eating in this resto. Must try this when I visit Taiwan again! There might be a branch in China since it’s also possible that they reunited there given that Ady has always been working and staying there while V’s busy with filming movies, reality show, and drama promotions (exciting!).
I wish I could talk more in this post except that my laptop’s being uncooperative and since I’ll be saving my remaining thoughts in my other Autumn’s Concerto posts 😉

Aw, what a cute post! Although same here, I don’t recognize anybody apart from Ady, Vanness, and Chris. (Wait, why is his name no longer Chris Wu? o_O) And I guess the director. lol.
I’m in the same boat as you — never shipped anybody in real life as hard as I shipped Ady and Vanness. I even karaoke’d to Vanness’s “Aiya” song recently because the MV features him and Ady, and it brought back the Autumn’s Concerto feels so bad.

haha! Yes, only the 3 of them plus the director lol apparently he got surprised to know that people call him Chris Wu… he posted about it in his official Facebook page stating that it was never his name to begin with. Really confusing actually so I guess people should just call him using his real name, Wu Kang Ren (he’s still Chris in my heart 😍)
omg yaaay! This ship isn’t going to sink!!! I wish there would be an opportunity for them to work again especially now that V is officially entering C-dramaland! Aww, I wish there would be that song in KTV places here. That’s like one of the cutest and best Mandopop songs I’ve ever heard and Ady being in that MV with V is just everything!

That last picture of Vanness Wu and Ady An in white shirts is perfection: ultimate combination of hot and pretty! I loved that drama and will always remember their amazing kiss on the ice skate rink. :3 So cheesyy

I’m just currently watching Autumns Concerto right now. JM IN LOVE WITH IT. And being such a fan I’m trying my best to see where the main cast are now. Does Ady have any social media besides Weibo?? ( I hope you answer ASAP ) So far I’ve only see Van Ness’ Instagram. I SHIP THEM SO HARD AND IM HAPPY TO SEE THIS. THANK YOU SO MUCH

Oh and BTW WHAT YOU SAID ABOUT BLAKE AND RYAN IS SO TRUE… ( I’m such a fan of Blake cuz of Gossip Girl and who doesn’t love Ryan Reynolds ) His marriage might not have worked out with his first wife … kind of like like what’s happening with Van Ness and Arissa. But now you can see that Ryan is truly happy with Blake. OMG I GOTTA STOP SHIPPING PEOPLE SO HARD IN RL. I really want Van Ness & Ady to be together IRL. I regret just finding out about Autumns Concerto now… I love it so much. I have a few episodes left … I’m crying that it’s almost done lol.

Ady only has Weibo sadly but better than none, but I swear, her Weibo has many precious Vandy stuff, it can make you cry!!! and I really think we have to be friends because you love Blake & Ryan too huhu I’m on my 3rd-5th (I lost count) round of rewatching AC and I’m on the last 2 eps but I’m still dreading watching the ending because AC is life huhu AND I’M WITH YOU IN SHIPPING PEOPLE IRL SO PLS DON’T STOP AHAHAHA I ship more people offscreen than I do onscreen tbh

This is probably the most intense comment that we have ever received in the history of our blog haha! Really appreciate it 😄 Sadly, V didn’t post anything related to that recent reunion. It was just that selfie that I posted. I only watched it 3 years ago but I never got over it. We’re probably going to be the same when I reach 7 haha! As for Weibo, I just got lucky that I was able to make an account when they loosened their requirements in making one. Not sure if they went back to their previous rule that one must have a Chinese number in order to join. Actually i watched this morethan 4x too 😍😍😍 really love this drama. It never fail to make me cry and amzed by the cast. Hopefully there will be part 2 😍
