About dramarian

Ni hao! I'm Dramarian and I love Asian dramas & films specifically from Taiwan, China, and Japan. I write about them in this beautiful blog while my dog Gotchi sits beside me. Meteor Garden introduced me to dramaland and I don't think I'm leaving anytime soon. Oh and I love Jerry Yan very much. Follow/tweet me @SMilkdrama about anything and I will definitely reply.

[Recap of Episodes 3 & 4] C-drama: My Best Ex-Boyfriend

Here’s what you’ve been waiting for, episodes 3 & 4 recap of “My Best Ex-Boyfriend” but with better screencaps (starts at ep 4) provided by yours truly. I’m just beyond happy that the episodes with subtitles came out so fast (Go watch it now on Viki if you still haven’t!). I’ll just make my recaps quick by just highlighting the important events that happened in the episodes because I’m quite aware that all of you are already ahead of me in watching this drama haha! Things are getting fancier (pun intended) and more interesting in the world of fashion and love with Li Tang, Fu Fangsi, Yin Hao Ran, and Cheng Xiangnan.

Cheers! Back to recapping this C-drama!

[NEWS] TW-Movie “Our Times” featuring Joe Chen and Jerry Yan premieres tomorrow

It seems like the Chinese-speaking entertainment industry isn’t going to let go of creating films/dramas with school, youth, or nostalgic themes. I wouldn’t blame them because such projects with these themes have actually proven to be very successful in the box office. (READ: “So Young” in China, “You Are the Apple of my Eye” in Taiwan, and many more). Another similarly themed movie is set to create box office success which is “Our Times” as it premieres in Taiwan nationwide tomorrow.

Photoshoot: Angelababy and Ni Ni for Cosmopolitan China

It seems like it’s becoming a trend in the Chinese entertainment industry to remake some popular Hollywood films. I actually don’t mind watching such remakes especially when gorgeous ladies like Angelababy and Ni Ni are in it. These two have been busy promoting the Chinese remake of “Bride Wars” ever since the year started. These pretty women are now on the cover of Cosmopolitan China for its September issue shot by the famous celebrity photographer Chen Man.

The war is ON for these two!

Update: Weibo Round-up (August 8, 2015)

Another Weibo round-up because why not? 😀 I tried to include the celebrities that I didn’t include during my last round-up while I couldn’t help but repeat some just because they’re so active in this wonderful microblogging site 😉

Everyone’s favorite Chinese supermodel is very happy with her bike! I’ve always thought that Liu Wen was my soulmate because we both don’t have enough life skills to survive (read: can’t swim, can’t bike, etc) but looks like my soulmate has already left me…. haha! This is all thanks to “We Are In Love” or China’s version of “We Got Married” which just recently concluded.

As a C-entertainment fan who has a very limited knowledge of Chinese, I still go to Weibo everyday just because of the beautiful updates/photos posted by beautiful people here.
