Since I’ve already introduced myself as a Jerry Yan fangirl, you all should be expecting a post regarding his latest drama… haha! Get ready for some pretty photo-spamming!
You may have only seen one drama synopsis anywhere since I translated it from Baidu (China’s version of Google) even when this drama was still in its pre-production stages.
Here it is: Fu Fang Si (Maggie Jiang) and Li Tang (Jerry Yan), Cheng Xiang Nan (Mi Lu) and Yin Hao Ran (Ron Ng), had beautiful and romantic memories, personality conflicts, and eventually lost due to real differences. After many years on a gorgeous fashion show, fate let them meet again. When Fang Si is already very close to reaching her dreams in the fashion industry, Li Tang has once again entered her life; The problem became even more complicated when her current boyfriend’s famous supermodel ex-girlfriend entered the scene. Fang Si’s studio suffered more misfortune with her ex-boyfriend Li Tang coming to the rescue. Will they have a better future this time?
To sum it all up, the story’s focused on these 4 beautiful people with 2 couples exchanging each other’s partners (lol).

As a lover of fashion and Jerry, I’ve always wanted to see him in a fashion-themed drama so this was truly a delight for a fan like me! “Material Queen” was supposed to be his first fashion-themed drama but he had to withdraw from the project for health reasons so his good friend/band mate Van Ness Wu had to replace him.

Jerry looks like he has aged in the stills (and yes, it’s normal for him to age I guess. Just needa remember he’s a human like us all haha). Looking forward to Ron though, he’s looking good here 🙂

Yeah, he really looks like he has aged but still looking good at 38! It would be too unfair if he would still remain as youthful as ever haha! It’d be my first time to watch him as I’ve already watched the other actors so I’m looking forward to his performance as well 😀
